Outlier was launched by Masterclass's co-founder, Aaron Rasmussen, to create the world's best for-credit university-level online courses at a fraction of the cost of what's currently available.
As Executive Producer, I oversaw a team of producers to capture 8 x courses, including College Writing I and Introduction to Financial Accounting. Shot in NY and Boston in 2021, I directed Professor John Kaag as he taught a semester's length course of English Lit and Writing, and interviewed an incredible array of writers from varying disciplines including Jad Abumrad, and Chloe Cooper Jones, among others.
For Financial Accounting, I had the privilege of working with and directing Dr. Kelly Richmond Pope to create one of the most enthralling and engaging introductory financial accounting courses around.
